Erith Park was formulary known as Larner Road and was a high-rise estate with a poor reputation locally, and the area was suffering from low demand. This project involved the redevelopment of the area and the construction of new low to mid-rise new properties. The project was divided into 3 phases, with a total of over 800 new properties.
